Le Cou ships to both U.S. and international destinations. Unless otherwise noted, Le Cou orders will leave our west coast warehouse 3-4 days after order placement, Monday–Friday. At this time, we do not have an expedited shipping option.
For international shipping, an international flat rate will apply, and will be calculated at check out. Shipping and handling will be calculated in the shopping cart, and paid for at the time of purchase. Our Standard Return Policy is applicable. Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 10-21 days from the order date, depending on country of residence. Le Cou will provide tracking information for international orders. Le Cou is not responsible for any delays with customs for international orders. Customs duty fees may be charged to you depending country of residence. Any additional fees applied by customs are the buyer's responsibility.

When you complete an order online, you will receive an order placement notification via email. Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic order tracking email. Please note that depending on the carrier, it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available once an item ships. If you don’t love your Le Cou product, we’ll be happy to take it back. To process the return and issue a refund, please follow our Standard Return Policy: (a) Le Cou items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your shipment. (b) shirts and ties must be returned unworn, (c) with the original tags on, and (d) items must be in saleable condition. To initiate the return process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, using the subject line: Return Request / Order #: [Fill in your order number] – and we’ll email you a return label, which you will need to print and attach to the outside of your parcel along with the reason you are returning this item. Once your item is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase, less the return shipping. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements (a–d above). Please note that return processing may take up to 7–10 business days. All sale merchandise is final sale and not eligible for return. Gift cards are not eligible for return and may not be redeemed for cash.
Le Cou accepts international returns within 14 days of the item's delivery. International customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. Le Cou is not responsible for missing packages.
We don't offer exchanges online, however we are happy to help you return the item that isn't working for you, and complete a new purchase for your preferred size or style.
