Le Cou is a small apparel company offering a new, exclusive collection of women’s dickeys, bows and ties. The Cou Collection and Le Cou Editions complement the wardrobe you have, and the body you have. By re-introducing the dickey as a beautiful, practical and chic wardrobe basic, Le Cou gives women all of the look – and none of the bulk.
We are for fashion. We are against the idea that the diversity of our body shapes may prevent us from wearing the looks we love. You’ll never have to wait to wear a Le Cou Dickey until... until you lose 10 pounds, until you’re not pregnant anymore, until you find something to go with it, until... Non!
Truly pret-a-porter, ready-to-wear, Le Cou introduces a line of wardrobe essentials designed to give you options to refine, elevate and enjoy your existing wardrobe.

LE COU & YOU
The pieces you’ll find in our collection add just what you need – a refined statement, a quiet complement, an unexpected pop – and nothing you don’t. Your favorite cashmere sweater, your perfect worn-in jeans, your signature little black dress – we design with all of these things in mind. Our pieces reflect classic tailoring, beautiful fabrics and silhouettes for modern wardrobes.
Available in sizes XS-1X, Le Cou dickeys are for every woman. We've designed our shirts to work with all of our beautiful variations and still give you style, comfort, versatility and fit. We design clothing for you, as you are. You’ll see!
WHAT'S SO REVOLUTIONARY?
We think of the Le Cou dickey as both less than a full shirt, and more than a full shirt: it’s the perfect shirt. It’s everything you want in a shirt, with nothing to get in the way of achieving your perfect, polished you. It's the solution to our common challenge of getting dressed every day. Say au revoir to unwanted bulk, gaping buttons, unflattering collars, bunched-up sleeves...
With the infinite variations in women's bodies, and the extremely limited sizing constructs of the fashion industry, it's no wonder women are often uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the fit of their clothes. Fashion often sends us the message that our bodies are the problem, that we should tailor our bodies to fit into clothing. Instead, Le Cou offers clothing tailored to fit your body. We've created three sizes that span US women's sizes 0 to 20. (See our Size Chart.) Adjustable side straps allow you to customize the fit of your shirt to your body. Le Cou dickeys make getting dressed easier and more pleasurable, giving you options that full shirts just can’t. Magnifique!
All Le Cou pieces are expertly crafted in the USA. We're thrilled to partner with manufacturers who have long-standing commitments to exceptional craftsmanship and quality. Le Cou Dickeys are made by a family-owned business, dedicated to making beautifully tailored clothing for nearly a century; Le Cou Bows & Ties are manufactured by a woman-owned and run factory, operating for over 30 years in New York.
